Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beaded EyeCandy! We take great pride in our handmade jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Returns:

1.1 Eligibility:

  • We accept returns of product within 14 days of the purchase. 1 return per order.

  • Custom or personalized orders are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

1.2 Process:

  • Contact our customer support at beadedeyecandy730@gmail.com within 14days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

  • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide photographic evidence if applicable.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

1.3 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
